Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
20 chicken wings,split and tips discarder
1/2 cup butter,melted
1/2 cup red pepper sauce
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 1/2 table spoon chili powder
1 teaspoons cayenne powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degree f (190 degree c)
Bake wings in preheated oven for 30 minor or until cooked trough and crispy
Meanwhile, in a small bolw combined melted butter,red pepper, tomato sauce, chili powder,cayenne powder,mixed together.
When wings are baked,dip in sauce to coat well,and then sake off .excess and return coated wing to baking sheet,_reduced oven to temperature 250 degrees f ( 120

Buffalo Chicken wing
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpous flour
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 10 chicken wings
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 hot sauce
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- Oil for deep frying
In a small bowl mix together the flour,paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.
Sup Makaroni Bola Tahu
50 gram makaroni,cuci
50 gram kacang polong
1 buah tahu takwan (300 gram),haluskan
1 butir telor
1 batang wortel potong panjang
2 siung bawang putih,haluskan
1/2 sendok teh garam
1/4 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 tangkai daun seledri,potong
minyak untuk menggoreng
Kuah :
1 liter air
3 siung bawang putih,haluskan
1 sendok teh kaldu bubuk rasa ayam

Cara Membuat :
Bola tahu : campur tahu bersama bawang putih halus,merica dan garam aduk rata.buat bulatan sebesar kelereng sisihkan.
Panaskan minyak,goreng tahu hingga kekuningan ,angkat tiriskan
Rebus air hingga mendidih masukan wortel,bawang putih,kaldu bubuk,merica,gula pasir,dan garam masak hingga matang ,tambahkan makaroni dan kacang polong terakhir masukan bola tahu,angkat
Taburi daun seledri dan sajikan selagi panas
Eggs Noodles
Ingredients:
1 beef /chicken sausages
1/2 big onion
2 stalk celleery/cabbage/spinach
3 spoon corn kernel
1 eggs
2 cup of eggs noodles
2 spoon cooking oil
Spring onion,coriander leaf
Seasoning
1 table spoon of tomato sauce
1/2 tea spoon garlic powder
1 teas spoon light sauce
A pinch of peppers

French Fry
Di dalam menu rumah makan, kentang goreng yang dipotong panjang-panjang dan digoreng dalam keadaan terendam di dalam minyak goreng panas disebut French fries.
Kentang goreng populer ke seluruh dunia berkat rumah makan siap saji seperti McDonald's dan Burger King.
Bahan-bahan:
- 6 buah kentang
- Minyak goreng
- Garam
Cara Pembuatan:
- Kupas kentang lalu potong hingga berbentuk kotak.
- Potong-potong ukuran 3x8x2 cm lalu rendam dalam air dingin selama 2 jam.
- Tiriskan kentang hingga kering.
- Panaskan minyak banyak dengan suhu 140 C.
- Goreng kentang selama 2 menit.
- Angkat dan tiriskan segera.
- Panaskan minyak kembali hingga bersuhu 180 C.
- Goreng kentang kembali hingga kuning keemasan dan kering selama 3-4 menit.
- Angkat dan tiriskan.
- Sajikan dalam keadaan hangat.
Tempe Mendoan
Ingredients:
- - 250 gr tempe
- - 120 gr all purpose flour
- - 200 ml water
- - 1 leek
Condiments, refined:
- - 3 pieces of garlic
- - 1 tsp ground coriander
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 1 cm turmeric
- - 1 cm ketimang
How to Make:
- Tempe cut thin wide. Thinly sliced scallions.
- Prepare a large bowl, add flour, spices, and water, stirring until blended. Add scallions and stir again.
- Tempe dip into flour mixture. Fry until half dry.
- Serve with chili or chili sauce.
Potato Croquette
Ingredients:
- - 500 gr potatoes
- - 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - 1 large egg yolk
Filling:
- - 100 g chicken, coarsely chopped
- - 100 g carrots, diced 1/2 cm
- - 50 g of beans. round cut 1/2 cm
- - 3 cloves garlic, minced
- - 5 shallots, chopped
- - 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- - 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- - 1/2 tsp sugar
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 50 ml water
Sheathing:
- - 100 gr flour bread / panir
- - 2 eggs, beaten
How to Make:
- Peel the potatoes and washed, steamed potatoes and puree. Mix the potatoes with salt, pepper, and egg yolks in a bowl. Stir until blended.
- Filling: Saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Add chicken and water, cook until half cooked. Add carrots, beans, onions, and celery. Add salt, sugar, and pepper. Stir and cook until done.
- Take the potato dough, shape, pipihkan then fill with stuffing materials, circle back oval.
- Roll into flour bread / panir, then dip into beaten egg, roll them back to the bread / panir. Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.
Tips:
- - If possible, use a potato tess sometimes a little water, so not too soft and malleable. Or use regular potato but that is old. Or you can also add a little flour / milk powder.
- - Storage in refrigerator aims for bread / panir adhere better. But if you want fried direct nor any
Chicken Rica Rica
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 lemon
1½sdt salt
5 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Coarsely ground spices:
8 red chilies
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
2 cm ginger
1 stalk lemongrass, white part taken
2 lime leaves
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
How to Make:
Chicken cut into two or four, then coat with lime juice and salt ½sdt, leave for 30 minutes to infuse.
Grilled chicken chunks on the coals or in the oven until half cooked.
Prepare the pan and pour vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Saute until cooked, let the rest of the lime juice and salt.
Brush chicken with stir last half-baked chicken flavor while pierced with a fork so that the flavor soak into the chicken.
Grilled back on the coals or in the oven until the chicken is cooked and left little seasoning.
Serve immediately.
Rissole
Bahan kulit:
- - 200 gr tepung terigu serba guna
- - 400 ml air
- - 1 sdt garam
- - 2 sdm minyak goreng/mentega cair
Bahan isian:
- - 100 gr daging ayam, cincang
- - 100 gr wortel, potong dadu 1/2 sm
- - 50 gr tahu, potong dadu 1/2 cm, goreng setengah matang
- - 3 siung bawang putih
- - 5 btr bawang merah
- - 2 sdm daun bawang iris halus
- - 1 btg seledri, cincang halus
- - 1 sdt garam
- - 1/2 sdt gula pasir
- - 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
- - 50 ml air
Bahan pelapis:
- - 100 gr tepung roti/panir
- - 2 btr telur, kocok lepas
Cara Membuat:
- Dalam wadah masukkan tepung dan garam. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit hingga kental, aduk hingga tepung tidak berbutir. Masukkan sisa air, aduk rata. Tambahkan minyak goreng/mentega cair, aduk rata.
- Panaskan wajan datar anti lengket. Masukkan 1 sendok sayur adonan, ratakan adonan dengan cara memutar-mutar wajan. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.
- Isian : tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan ayam dan air, masak hingga setengah matang. Masukkan wortel, tahu, daun bawang, seledri, garam, gula, garam, dan merica. Aduk dan masak hingga matang.
- Ambil 1 lembar kulit dadar, beri bahan isian pada bagian bawah. Lipat bagian bawah menutupi isian, samping kiri dan kanan, lalu gulung.

Bahan:
- - 5 ekor kepiting, bersihkan, belah 2
- - 5 cm jahe, geprek, cincang
- - 10 sdm saus tomat (sesuaikan dgn kepedasan cabe)
- - 1-2 sdm saus tiram
- - 3-4 sdt gula pasir
- - 1 sdt merica bubuk
- - 250 ml air (secukupnya)
- - 2 sdt maizena, larutkan dengan sedikit air
Haluskan:
- - 15 cabe merah
- - 8-10 bawang merah
- - 4 sng bawang putih
- - 2 sdt garam
Cara Membuat:
- Tumis bumbu halus bersama jahe, hingga harum.
- Tambahkan saus tomat, saus tiram, gula dan merica.
- Tuangkan air, didihkan.
- Masukkan kepiting yang sudah dipotong2.
- Masak dengan api kecil sampai bumbu meresap kedalam kepiting dan kepiting matang.
- Terakhir masukkan larutan maizena, masak sampai kuah mengental.
- Hidangkan dalam keadaan hangat.
Tempe Tahu Bacem
Bahan:
- 250 gram tempe, dipotong ukuran 5x6cm
- 4 buah tahu, diiris serong menjadi 2 bagian
- 2 lembar daun salam 1 potong lengkuas dimemarkan
- 500 cc air/air kelapa
- 50 cc minyak goreng
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- 5 butir bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 sdt garam
- ½ sdt asam
- 1 sdm gula merah
Cara Membuat:
- Masukkan ke dalam panci, air kelapa, daun salam, lengkuas dan bumbu yang dihaluskan. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Masukkan tahu dan tempe.
- Rebus sampai air habis dan tahu tempe matang.
- Panaskan minyak goreng di dalam penggorengan.
- Goreng tahu dan tempe sambil dibolak-balik sampai berwarna kecoklatan, tetapi jangan sampai terlalu kering.
- Angkat dan dihidangkan
Dadar Gulung
Bahan:
- 100 gr Tepung Beras
- 20 gr Tepung Tapioka / aci
- 300 cc santan cair + air pandan + air suji + ½ sdt air kapur sirih (1 sdt kapur sirih + 2 sdm air mentah diaduk)
- 1 butir telur
- ½ sdt garam
Cara Pembuatan:
- Tepung beras, aci, telur, santan, garam, semua diaduk jadi 1, lalu saring.
- Olesi Teflon dengan minyak goreng, lalu panaskan sampai panas sekali.
- Tuang adonan ke atasnya,bikin dadar.
- Kalo ketebalan, beri santan sedikit saja, aduk rata.
Isi / Unti:
- 200 gr kelapa parut yg agak muda
- 50 gr gula pasir
- 50 gr gula merah
- 1 sdm muncung tepung ketan
- ½ sdt garam
- 2-3 lembar pandan disobek-sobek lalu diikat

Sambal Pecel
Bahan-bahan :
- satu sendok teh (1 sdt) terasi
- empat (4 siung) bawang putih
- enam (6 lembar) daun jeruk
- dua ratus lima puluh gram (250 gr) kacang tanah
- tiga (3 buah) cabe rawit pedas
- sendok teh (1 sdt) garam
- lima centi meter (5 cm) kencur / kunir
- (1 sdt) air asam jawa
- empat (4 buah) cabe merah besar
- lima puluh gram (50 gr) gula jawa atau gula merah
Cara Membuat :
- Gorenglah terlebih dahulu kacang tanah.
- Goreng juga terasi, cabe merah, dan cabe rawit. Untuk terasi, anda juga boleh membakarnya, tidak harus digoreng
- Campur dan haluskan semua bahan-bahan yang ada kecuali kacang tanah
- Kacang tanah dihaluskan, lalu campur dengan bumbu-bumbu tadi hingga semuanya rata.
- Tambahkan air matang dan aduk hingga sambal mengental.

1 batang serai, ambil bagian pangkal, memarkan

Cara Membuat :
- Terasi disangrai hingga harum, pisahkan
- Cabe merah, bawang merah, dan bawang putih, serai, terasi, daun salam dan lengkuas ditumis hingga layu
- Taruh semua bahan di cobek, lalu dihaluskan. Air asam diberikan sedikit-sedikit
- Sambal bajak cocok untuk menemani ayam goreng

Chicken Pai
Bahan:
- 50 gram mentega
- 50 gram gula halus
- 11/2 bulir telur
- 275 gram tepung terigu.
Isi:
- 1 sendok makan munjung mentega
- 50 gram tepung terigu
- 350 cc susu
- Garam secukupnya
- Merica secukupnya
- 75 gram wortel rebus, dicincang
- 100 gram daging ayam rebus, dicincang
- Acar mentimun, diiris-iris
- Daging asap, diiris-iris.
Cara Pembuatan:
- Kulit: Kocok mentega dan gula sampai lembik, masukkan telur ke dalamnya. Aduk, kemudian masukkan terigu. Aduk terus sampai rata. Setelah itu simpan dalam lemari es selama 15 menit.
- Keluarkan adonan dari lemari es, lalu masukkan ke dalam cetakan pai yang sudah diolesi mentega. Tekan-tekan agar adonan menutupi dasar dan dinding cetakan.
- Panggang dalam oven sampai warnanya kecoklat-coklatan dan matang. Angkat dan keluarkan dari cetakannya. Sisihkan.
- Isi: Panaskan mentega sampai meleleh, lalu masukkan terigu. Tuangi susu sedikit demi sedikit ke dalamnya sambil diaduk-aduk sampai adonan licin. Masukkan garam, gula dan merica secukupnya. Masukkan wortel dan daging ayam beserta jamur. Aduk sampai rata dan cukup matang, angkat.
- Menyelesaikannya: Masukkan adonan isi ke dalam mangkuk pai, lalu hias bagian atasnya dengan mentimun dan daging asap. Hidangkan.

Sweet Donuts
Bahan:
- 500 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
- 100 gram gula pasir
- 11 gram atau 1 bungkus ragi instan
- 1/4 sdt baking powder
- 1/2 sdt garam
- 2 kuning telur
- 100 gram mentega
- 250 ml susu cair
Olesan:
- Mentega
- Cokelat yang sudah ditim
- Meises cokelat
- Selai
- Gula halus
- Sesusaikan dengan selera Anda
Cara Pembuatan:
- Campur tepung terigu, gula, ragi instan, baking powder dan garam, aduk dengan tangan.
- Tambahkan kuning telur, uleni hingga berbentuk butiran halus.
- Tuangkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit. Uleni hingga tercampur rata.
- Tambahkan mentega, uleni lagi dengan gerakan memutar, sesekali banting adonan. Lakukan hingga adonan licin dan kalis, kurang lebih 15 menit.
- Kumpulkan adonan menjadi satu dalam baskom. Tutupi dengan kain bersih, diamkan selama 1 jam.
- Pukul-pukul adonan hingga udara keluar dan adonan kempes.
- Bagi adonan menjadi 30 bagian, buat bulatan seperti bola. Diamkan lagi selama 10 menit.
- Lubangi masing-masing adonan, untuk hasil terbaik, lakukan dengan tangan.
- Goreng donat dalam minyak panas menggunakan api kecil-sedang. Goreng satu bagian hingga menguning, lalu balik hingga semua bagian berwarna kuning keemasan.
- Angkat, tiriskan dan tunggu hingga dingin.
- Hias dengan toping sesuai selera.
Rempeyek Tempe
Bahan:
- 300 gram tempe, iris tipis
- 8 lembar daun jeruk, iris
Adonan:
- 250 gram tepung beras
- 350 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa
- 1 butir telur
- Garam dan merica bubuk secukupnya
- Minyak secukupnya, untuk menggoreng
Bumbu yang dihaluskan:
- 3 siung bawang putih
- 2 cm kencur
- 1 sdm ketumbar sangrai
Cara Pembuatan:
- Adonan: Campur tepung beras, santan, telur, garam, dan merica bubuk, aduk rata. Tambahkan bumbu halus dan irisan daun jeruk, aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, celup irisan tempe ke dalam adonan. Goreng hingga matang dan mengering. Angkat dan sajikan

Cara Pembuatan:
- Aduk dan rendam gelatin, air es dan agar-agar bubuk selama 10 menit. Kemudian cairkan dengan cara di tim diatas air panas.
- Masak gula pasir, air dan glukosa sampai gula mencair dan air mendidih.
- Masukkan Citic Acid, aduk rata dan kecilkan api.
- Masukkan campuran gelatin dan perasa. aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Cetak sesuai selera. Bisa menggunakan cetakan praline atau bisa juga menggunakan cetakan es batu. Olesi cetakan dengan sedikit maizena dan gula pasir supaya tidak lengket.
- Biarkan di dalam cetakan selama semalaman.
- Keluarkan dari cetakan. Poles dengan sedikit minyak sayur. Kemudian bungkus dengan plastik kedap udara dan simpan di tempat yang kering.
BlueBerry Pancake
INGREDIENT :
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract, optional
3 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups unbleached All-Purpose flour
3/4 tea
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
Directions
1. Heat a griddle to 350°F. If you don't have a griddle, heat a large frying pan over medium-low to medium heat. Grease the griddle. When it's hot enough, a drop of water will skitter across the surface, evaporating immediately.
3. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar, stirring just to combine. A few lumps are OK. Set the batter aside to rest for a couple of minutes; it'll thicken a bit as it stands
4. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto the prepared griddle or pan; a muffin scoop works well here. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon berries atop each pancake.
5. Cook the cakes till they're golden brown on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Flip them over, and cook till the other side is golden, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
6. Serve the pancakes immediately. Or transfer them to a platter, cover, and keep warm in a 200°F oven. Enjoy with butter and maple syrup.
Blooming Onion
INGREDIENT
- 1 large onion
- 2
teaspoons paprika
- 1/2
teaspoon oregano
- 1/2
teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 dried/ground

DIRECTIONS
- Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl, and wet ingredients together in another.
- Peel the onion, keeping the hairy root intact. Cut about 1 inch off the other side.
- Place the onion on a chopping board, hairy side facing up. Make your first cut about an inch from the top of the root, and slice downward all the way to the bottom, without cutting all the way through. Rotate the onion 90° and repeat. Keep going until you have 4 evenly spaced cuts.
- Now make equally spaced cuts in between these 4 cuts. You are probably looking at making at least 2 more cuts per quarter, meaning 12 sections to your onion by the time you are finished. The professional ones have more like 24+ sections, but don't feel pressured! If you can fit in more than 12 sections, then obviously the finished results will be all the more striking, but this depends on the size of the onion, the sharpness of your knife, and your steady hand.
- Turn the onion on its hairy back, and begin to peel open the sections—unfurling from the outside, and working toward the center. It can get tricky toward the middle, so stop when you've done as much as you can. If a section breaks off, don't worry – no one will ever notice.
- Put the blooming onion onto a plate and sprinkle over your dry ingredients, making sure all the layers are covered. Turn it upside down and snip off any excess root hair (grooming is necessary, even for an onion), and shake to get rid of any excess mix. There will still be plenty of dry mix left.
- Submerge the onion into your bowl of wet ingredients, and turn it over to make sure every part of the onion is covered. Take it out, and coat with your dry mix again, this time just shaking it over to cover all areas.
- Place the onion, flower side up, into a deep fryer or deep pan, making sure the veggie oil is around 350°F (175°C). 7-10 minutes will make sure you are left with a crispy, golden beauty, but keep your eye on it. When you retrieve the onion, the petals will have unfurled even more, so that you have a truly blooming onion. Give it a shake, then put it on some paper towels to drain off the excess oil.
Sesame Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1.6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, pat dry with paper towels
2. 1/2 cup honey
3. 1/2 cup soy sauce
4. 1 cup water
5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
6. 1/2-1 teaspoon ground ginger (fresh is better)
7. 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
8. 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch strips or bite size pieces.
2. Heat a large non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with Pan, over medium-high heat.
3. Cook chicken for about 6 minutes or until no longer pink.
4. Mix together honey, soya sauce, water, corn starch, ginger and red pepper flakes.
5. Whisk until no corn starch lumps appear
6. Pour sauce mixture into skillet with chicken.
7. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
8. You can add more water if sauce is too thick.
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
10. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken starts to soak up the sauce.
Total Time: 25 Minutes.
Prep Time: 5 Mins.
Cook Time: 20 Mins.
