Tempe Mendoan



Ingredients:

  • - 250 gr tempe
  • - 120 gr all purpose flour
  • - 200 ml water
  • - 1 leek

Condiments, refined:

  • - 3 pieces of garlic
  • - 1 tsp ground coriander
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 1 cm turmeric
  • - 1 cm ketimang

How to Make:

  1. Tempe cut thin wide. Thinly sliced ​​scallions.
  2. Prepare a large bowl, add flour, spices, and water, stirring until blended. Add scallions and stir again.
  3. Tempe dip into flour mixture. Fry until half dry.
  4. Serve with chili or chili sauce.
